Finished Day 10/Level 2 last night after we went out to dinner. I felt like I really needed the workout after that, even though I made some good choices. Moving on to Level 3:drinker:

SW 8/29 193.5 CW 9/30 189.8 down 3.7 lbs. Not 5 lbs, but I will take it after trying to settle down with school starting this month. Finding it harder to get exercise in during the week. I am hoping to change that in October. Good luck to everyone on this weigh-in day!

Ok....fell off the wagon for a while. We have been sooooo busy lately and I have been so tired. But made myself shred tonight b/c I want to get out of the 190's and into the 180's by the end of the month. Weighed in at 190.4 yesterday. Day 9/Level 2 is done and I was really feeling it.

Laid low for a couple of days, but now I'm back. Added 120 more crunches. Need 210 on Tuesday and 211 on Wednesday to get caught up with the halfway point for the month. UGH!

I am on Level 2/day 4. Jillian doesn't have you stretch out before the workout, but I take a few minutes to strectch my calf muscles, shins and knee area. Level 1 can be very hard on your knees for about the first 3-4 days, but I found that if I stretched out it was soooo much better and my knees didn't really hurt…

Back on and done with day 4/level 2. My calf muscles and knees are still stiff from hiking, but I knew they would feel better once I warmed them up. Really hate those planks...UGH!

WOW! Everyone is really moving it . Just posting weekly.....moved 402 minutes in week 1 (need to update my ticker). Didn't exercise yesterday b/c my body was very fatigued after hiking for 2 1/2 hrs in the foothills of the Appalachians. My calf muscles are still sore, but will try to get my 30 day shred in today. Checking in: 8/29 193.5 9/5 192.5 Wasn't quite sure what to put down for my weigh in, since my scale gave me 4 different weights within a 15 min period. I'm throwing it out there and going with the lowest one!:tongue: It might be time to look into a new scale.

Only added 60 crunches today. Hiked for 2 1/2 hrs today, with lots of it uphill. Couldn't convince myself to do more.
