I'm in! We have been trying to eat at home more often, but always seem to manage pizza or some other take out at least 1x/week. Now I have to make up the dinner plans and actually go to the grocery store for the week, instead of stopping by every night!

I was getting headaches too. Then I read a post that said to make sure you are not holding your breath. The next time I worked out, I focused on my breathing and......NO HEADACHE!

Restarting 30 day shred today......fell off the wagon for about 1 1/2 months. Great work out. I made it to level 3 before stopping. Don't get discouraged in those first few days. Jillian says "for those of you on day 5, 6, or 7, you start to feel a change" and I really did. So hang in there! I'll be shredding right there…

Finally moved on to Level 3 today......WOW!!!! Great workout, but I am really feeling it in my shoulders and back muscles. Hopefully, it won't take me as long to finish this round as it did Level 2. Kind of fell off that wagon.
