I started the 30DS again after a couple of month break. I'm embarrassed that I needed to buy new summer clothes because last years clothes were too small. Hopefully I will get back into them soon.

I just did 30 ds for the first time today! I am wondering if you followed any diet plan also. Did you eat less calories then recommended? Also how did you log in your workouts?
