My husband and I go out to eat a lot, which makes it difficult for me to watch my caloric intake. This past weekend and this week we haven't eaten out, and I've already lost 2.2 lbs!

Well I didn't make it to 180 yet, but have logged consistently. I'm at 181.8 right now. So for this week 2-12-17 - 2-18-17, I hope to be at 180 or under! Have a great week everyone!

I haven't been to Planet Fitness in a while, but I like doing the treadmill & elliptical for my cardio. Then I met with one of the trainers and do a workout with the machines for various body parts. Glad to see someone else on here! Welcome gkingbr!

Okay. I haven't been logging each day and lost my streak. Good news is that I'm back on track. So for this week I hope to track everyday, and be under 180 lbs by Saturday morning! I hope that I can do it. Good luck to all of you.
