I just got some pedometers from my insurance company in the mail. I will make it a point to take one with me tomorrow! The idea with the email sounds like a good one for me to try today!

I've walked into work (about 20 minutes), and I'll walk to the bus after work (about 10 minutes). I will keep getting up at work every hour from my desk! I'm not sure what else I'll get done today, but will think on it!

I've done my walk today into work. I walk back to the bus tonight! As for the weekend, we are going to a pumpkin festival. So, I should get some walking in there. I kept track of my time at work yesterday, and got up every hour and walked somewhere. I'm home today, but will try to keep up with this here too.

I think that I'm going to start going back to the gym, beginning this weekend. I have a membership that I rarely use, and this might help with my lose skin from the 25 lbs that I lost this year so far.
