I can relate to the peanut butter thing! I eat way too much of it. I have recently been diagnosed with prediabetes. There probably is a connection there. I really need to watch that peanut butter thing; not to mention how fattening it is. lol

I had a pretty good day yesterday, but still ate some peanut butter toast in the evening bringing my calorie total up. I hope to start doing better starting today. Have a great day everyone!

Thank you for thinking of me. I'm doing much better. My bowels are blocked up. At least I know what the problem is now. I thought it was my stomach, because I kept throwing up. Have a great day!

Great job staying away from those chips with the help of your son! I've been there. I ate some yesterday, in spite of my stomach and bowel problems that brought me to the doctors. Ugh! When will I learn!

I was sick, yesterday, and didn't post. Just updated my portion of the spreadsheet this morning. Feeling better after going to the doctors. Hope that everyone has a great weekend. We got some snow in New Hampshire yesterday. We've had a mild winter so far, so, we were due for some more snow.

I had a salad for lunch every day this week (spring mix greens, tomato, green onions, cheddar cheese and olive oil & vinegar dressing) I usually eat salad for lunch during the week at work. I had celery stuffed with hummus for a side with my omelet for dinner.

My goal for this week is to lose again. Hopefully, I can lose 1 lb. a week for the rest of the challenge. It would be great to be 40 or 50 lbs lighter by this time next year!
