Started at 187 on Wednesday, 7/11/12 goal in two weeks from today, 7/15/12 is 5 lbs for me too, which should leave me at 182 lbs. I'm hoping that I stick this out! Good luck to everyone!

I rode my bike for 40 minutes on a trail today and walked for 15 minutes with my husband earning 400 calories that I didn't use. I stayed within my calorie range for the day.

This looks like a realistic group to join. I have 80 lbs to lose and often set my goals too high, and then fail. One pound a week sounds realistic. If I lose more that is a bonus.
