I'll try it! I went on a two hour walk yesterday on the Cotton Trail in Wolfeborro, NH with my husband and son. It was a beautiful day and a scenic walk! I'm not sure if I'll get the arm exercises done or not, but I will try! Everyone have a great day!

I walked along a very scenic walkway in Maine with hubby for about 90 minutes to 2 hours total walking around stores after.
