  • I plan on getting some laundry and housework done. I sent a text to my niece and we will go for a walk on a nice trail on Wednesday, after work. I will snap a few photos of my walk to add to the exciting weight loss and fitness goals of mine and everyone else!

  • Great ideas! I will check off some of my to list items this month at home. I get up quite a bit at work and walk around the floor, but I will try to get up more often.

  • I belong to PF but haven't been there since this fall. I must be crazy for paying a gym, and not showing up. I think that I will make an effort to go there starting this week.
  • Okay. I think that I can do this. My walk to and from my car at work today is about 15 minutes, and I walk around at work collecting rosters, copying them, and putting them back, then passing out the copies. That usually accounts for another 15 minutes. I can do this! Thanks for the challenge Anna37!

  • Hello everyone! As of this morning, I have only lost 1.5 lbs on the challenge, but at least I didn't gain anything over the past 8 weeks. Good luck to everyone with future goals!

  • Well I lost another .6 lbs. That's good news to me this morning, when I stepped on the scales. Still a long way to go, but at least it's coming off. I hope that everyone has a great Friday and a Great Easter weekend!

  • Great job on your hike ttaylortulsa! I haven't done very well on this challenge, but at least I lost a little bit and didn't gain anything. I hope to do better and up for another challenge, if it continues. I hope everyone has a great day!

  • Hello everyone. It looks like, overall, I didn't really lose much weight. I didn't gain either, but I have just sort of maintained. I really need to get on the stick with weight loss and exercise. I hope to do better! Everyone have a great day!
