I put it in as calisthenics vigorous effort and it gave me 273 calories burned for about 20 which seems pretty accurate.

I did it today - boy is she tough! I'm logging it as Calisthenics (push-ups, sit-ups) vigorous effort. I was way disappointed to see it only counted as 237 calories burned. How is everyone logging it?

This is Day 1 of getting serious about my out of control weight. I've had the 30DS for months but never did more than a week. I'd be happy to start again with all of you and see some real results. Make sure to take measurements before you start so we can see the progress!
