No recipe to contribute, but i'm vegetarian and trader joes as awesome vegetarian cuban black beans in a can. you can make black bean soup out of them, add them to tomato soup, and use them in chile, and even use them in a salad :-)

It sounds crazy but you do need to eat all of your calories. If you don't your body will go into starvation mode and you won't loose any weight. If you don't eat enough your body will hang on to all of your body's weight because it thinks you are starving and will use that weight to keep your vital organs going.

I do the Wii Zumba as well. It's lots of fun, but you are right, it doesn't have a calorie counter. If you want true calorie count and are willing to spend a bit of money a heart monitor is best. Trident Sugar free with xylitol is pretty good and is onl 3 1/2 calories per stick. Thing is it is artifically flavored. not sure what ingredient gives you tummy aches, but it's worth a shot.

I LOVE Peaut butter! I haven't tried PB2 but it's something I think i'll try. I've been using trader joe's Better n' Peanut butter. Any sweets left over in the house go in the garbage and then bleach poured on them. That will stop you dead in your tracks. You can do it! You don't really wan't those potato chips anyway!:wink:
