I forgot to mention…I am using 7.5lbs – 22.5lbs. I am week 2 circuit 2 of PUSH.

I seem to be at a stand still for tricep extentions. 7.5lbs....can't do it with proper form with 10lbs. I am having the same issues with delts. I am in the PUSH phase.

Did Push circuit 2 for the first time last night and LOVED it. I am not getting DOMS, but damn, I feel it while I am working out.

Is it just me, or did anyone else's not have their heart rate go up much except during the squats? This was my first Push Circuit today and I am figuring the weight situation out.

When one takes a diet break....is that a break from both your cut # and exercise or just eating at TDEE? I was thinking about taking a diet break while doing CLX push phase and then a week off of exercise once I am done with CLX. Thoughts?

You are not the only one. I HATE exercise!! I do it, but hate it. If I break routine...then it will take me weeks to get back on track. I just try and make sure not to miss a workout and it becomes habit.

At the moment, the vegan protein powders I am somewhat interested in...I can't afford. I am going through a lot of personal stuff right now that is financially draining. Also, tbh, I would like to not have to rely on a protein shake. It is something I will consider again when my financial status is back to normal!
