I don't worry about the 10% margin of error. I have never taken it in to account when figuring my numbers. I try to have a deficit between 250-350 or slightly more a day and I have had good results. BMF busted me out of my 6 months or so bouncing around the same few pounds. I don't average my TDEE and take a percentage off…

I dislike skinny jeans in general, but on guys it should be a crime! YUCK!

Afternoon. I am not a morning person and can't be bothered. My energy comes alive in the afternoon and evening.

I don't have a fitbit, but from what I have read...BMF takes more into consideration when calculating calorie burn then does a fitbit. The fitbit doesn't have the same technology built in as a BMF so it only records certain data. I would go with the BMF.

I eat about 1900 a day. Add me if you like!

I just got a reply from customer service: Hi Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to contact BodyMedia Support. If you have been following the wear and cleaning guidelines for the armband as outlined in the User Manual and still experienced a reaction we recommend that you discontinue use of the armband immediately and…

You can go to exercise diary and just delete out the BMF adjustment.

I have only had mine since yesterday. It synced food yesterday, but today not at all. I tried several times and it will not transfer my food diary over to activity manager.

I just emailed them.

I got my through HSN. I am going to see if it happens again. I don't know who to contact HSN or BMF.
-
So amazing! Congrats on your success!

I ordered my BodyMedia Core from HSN over the earlier this week and am expecting it to arrive a week from today. I am 38 and have hit a major plateau and am hoping this will kick start things for me. Add me as a friend if you need/want more BMF friends! Michelle

I have been lifting since summer. I don't have access to a gym. I have adjustable weights up to 25lbs. My goals are to maintain the muscle I have while losing fat.

Eat at your non exercise TDEE or at your exercise TDEE? I don't know that I am reading the above properly.

I didn't between Burn and Push and wish I had. I did take a break between Push and Lean. I feel it is needed if for nothing else, a mental break.

I am in a in between with a lot of the moves. My weights go up in 2.5lb increments and I can lift say 17.5lbs for the shoulder press for the set amount of reps, but when I try to move up to 20lbs because 17.5lbs is too light....I can't do but a rep or 2 with good form. I guess I calculate the rest period needed in direct…
-
So amazing, Nicole! I am very happy for your progress. Thank you for sharing!

I have lowered my rest periods to 60 seconds. I may not need it cardiovascular wise, but it seems as though my muscles need the 60 seconds to continue on with the next round of reps in the set. So, I have to find a balance. I can't imagine taking a 30 second rest and my muscles being able to perform the next round of reps.…

Thanks for the responses. I am always nervous of doing something wrong and I question everything. Like I said, the first week I am figuring the proper weight/rest and this helps! I am definitely upping weight on certain exercises and need to bring down rest periods on certain exercises. Once I get it all figured out....I…
