I agree. All the lateral raises killed me because my shoulders aren't the strongest. Also, balancing....I am not so good at!!

Between Burn and Push I didn't rest. I was on a M-F schedule and started back up with Push the next Monday. I did take a break between Push and Lean. I needed it as I was burning out.

Carbs are my food life. I refuse to give them up. Moderation is key...although, I don't even eat them in moderation. I still managed to lose 31lbs this year. 3 days lifting, 2 days cardio.

Fat Burn Challenge cardio is killer! It is only 32 minutes and you are happy about it! It is nice to have the change in cardio workouts and also the interval work. I will do the Fat Burn Challenge cardio even after completing CLX. It is hard yet awesome!

Yes, in the deluxe package. I dread doing them, but am happy when I finish! If I want to do round 2 of CLX (which I do), I have to buy the program. I am using a friend's DVDs at the moment.

Ask for the food to be steamed and use broth and no msg. The chinese restaurant I order from knows my order by heart and are happy to accomodate.

I did stay at the same calories when on the exercise break. I just took out exercise and did not change my calorie intake.

Enjoy yourself. I am so happy I found CLX and this group too! People are very helpful and you get a lot of encouragement. I will be starting my 2nd week of Lean either today or tomorrow.

I was looking into Body Revolution. I am also considering doing a P90/Rockin Body Hybrid. I hear P90 is for those that can't/aren't ready for P90X. I know I am not ready for P90X! I would like a bit of a break from heavy lifting and focus on circuit training for just a bit to hopefully get rid of some of this stubborn fat…

I took an exercise break and I literally did no exercise...not even a casual walk. I went off one of those days diet wise. I lost 1lb. The following week (this past week) I upped my calories by 50 per day and dropped another 2lbs this morning. I weigh once a week. I have been dealing with the same few pounds since easter…

I do find Chalene very motivational. I find Skip to be hilarious! I agree about the warm up/cool down. They need to be mixed up and changed depending on the routine. Sometimes I just warm up on the staionary bike and stretch on my own.

I agree that scooby doesn't have enought too choose from. I take an average between light and moderate and take my cut from there. I just tok my cut from 15% to 12.5%. I don't have a fitbit. I would like to atleast have a HRM to track my exercise calories but...

I am also interested in Cathe, but my budget won't allow at this time. I am really not sure what I am going to do after I finish the Lean ciruit in 3 weeks. I gave it a whirl using the flat headed weights. My hands were sweating and kept moving...LOL. I need to exercise my wrists and build up their strength.

I sometimes get the Special K protein plus cereal. I have to eat 2 servings a pop, but it keeps me going until my morning snack. Good stuff.

What weight are you using on shoulder moves? My wrists are also weak and tend to break form when liftting heaving. I need to get gloves....but I need a lot of things! lol

My shoulders were burning during the moves. It felt horrible and great at the same time! Circuit 3 for the first time on Thursday.

Ok, 3 different workouts approximately an hour each....DUH! Do most folks just do each workout once a week and then add cardio the other 2 days?
