Lori H and wessecg I also have a weekend house in rural Missouri. Warsaw at Truman Lake. Counting down the days til warmer days and fishing. We have a pontoon boat, and DH, the dog and I spend many hours out there fishing. It is just wonderful to sit in the middle of the lake, hold a pole and enjoy the peace.

just finished a 5k with DD. we walked and were last but we did it!!!! Im signed up for a 5k each of my weekends off til mid dec. hope to get a little faster each time. it felt good.

I met my husband on match.com 6 years ago. but there were lot of no's and no replies before that. it takes time, which it feels like there is not enough of...especially when you are lonely. Good luck to you!!!

Today was first NSV since starting my new life sept 1st. I had to break down and buy a new pair of jeans...one size smaller. If I can shed one size every 2 months I would be sooooo excited. Heres to small victories!!! Rose

i agree i am not on a specific diet this time. i am eating regular food out of my pantry and trying to just count the calories. i have been going out to eat at the same places i always have. hopefully this will make it alot easier when it comes time to maintain.

I will start small with my nov goals. increase my walking to 45 minutes a day.( i must be getting faster my 35 minute walk is 25 now). drink all my water and increase daily fruits and veggies. looking forward to learning how these message boards…
