I'm so happy I finally found this. :D I've been wondering around trying to locate these. Not food related but does anyone else find this new layout extremely difficult to read? I have bad eyes and this is just too much white space to try to focus on what's being said.

Try cutting regular flour with bread flour and use better yeast. If you can swing Platinum yeast, that stuff's amazing. If not I just use instant. Also weigh your flour versus scooping. Not too weak at all... Do some internet research. Look up how to do things properly and then just go with it. Or take a class or get a trainer to help you with basics and then cut loose. I had a friend on the raw potato diet. You were supposed to eat "normally" then have one raw potato a day then lose weight by some miracle I guess. I joked her and was like "I'll give you $100 if you crap a tater tot." :laugh:
