You rock!!!! :) :) Great work!!!

Sending request! Primal/paleo peoples feel free to add me! Even though my profile says I'm not accepting, I do that for creepers :p lol. I'm trying to get back to where I was before after gaining back 10-ish pounds.

Hard ciders! Is 140 low cal? Bold Rocks are 140 and refreshing! <3

Sundays, I make all my food for the week, portion it out in my *glass* containers and stack it all pretty in the fridge. I used to use Glad-ware but the hubs became concerned after his mother came down with oral cancer. I digress. Anyways, I roast a chicken in the crock-pot almost every week and roast up a giant baking…

It's because you're operating on all cylinders! lol Now that's efficient! :)

I found this. I bake heirloom sweet potatoes and just toss them in the freezer but I thought I remembered there was a process for white ones. http://grandriverorganics.ca/2011/04/hash-browns-freezing-potatoes/

In this case, if "plus size" is wrong..I don't want to be right.

Holy smokes. I'd get tired of that too! Here's a couple of my favorites that taste great as leftovers. http://vahuntergatherers.com/2013/09/04/chicken-zoodle-soup/ http://www.health-bent.com/beef/paleo-unrolled-cabbage-casserole (I add some ground pork or whatever I have hanging around for a more filling lunch quiche)…

I'm down for a February reset page! :D

I've never used the stuff but I highly recommend a food scale if you're serious about losing weight. Now THAT really makes you realize what you're eating more than a pill. Good luck and may you find the solution that works for you.

I eat pretty much the same thing everyday. I'll try a new soup recipe probably once a month because it's easy. For me the simpler I keep it, the more likely I am to stick with it.

I say cold turkey is best BUT if you're about to hurt someone for cake or something I say take a square of one of these and smear a little homemade coconut butter on it. It's kept me sane...somewhat. http://www.marksdailyapple.com/the-5-best-dark-chocolate-bars-in-the-world/#axzz3OdK63qXd

@Emily I forgot---a good seasoned cast iron skillet! I put everything in that. Just make sure no one scrubs it and you lose the magical flavor. :)
-
I used to bread all my pork chops but find that especially with bone-in just fry in a little fat [coconut oil or bacon grease] with salt and pepper is just as tasty. Fat is flavor. :)

FitBit Charge silent alarm. No more swiping away and ignoring my cell phone alarm.

Hey sorry I'm late to the party! I actually have found that I forget it's on. I'm at a computer most of the day typing and I'm surprised I haven't removed it once for buggin' the crap out of me.
-
Hanging strong. I had a tiny slip Sunday but for the most part behaving myself. :)
-
Hey I just got a fitbit charge and still trying to figure it all out... I'd love to have some friends on there but I haven't mastered that yet either. Basically, I just marvel at my steps at this point...lol.
-
Hey I do what I can...lol :)

Hey sorry I haven't been on here in a while. Wash, cut the rooty ends off and split in half. Line a baking sheet and toss the brussell sprouts with whatever oil I have, just enough to give them a little shine and sprinkle them with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then roast at 375 about 30-35 minutes and I stir them around…

Holla Clutch! I'm in. Because cheese and I must break up for the sake of humanity..lol.

Nothing wrong with walking or I like indoor cycling where the roadkill chances slim to none. Also another vote for lifting. (*) I am extremely uncoordinated and I still go to Zumba and Pound classes. I figure wrong movement is better than no movement. Good luck to you!

I'm really into sugar snap peas and spicy deer jerky right now. Oh and roasted brussell sprouts with garlic. I like them crispy, then pop them like potato chips. They are also good dipped in mayo.

Yes, I attend office parties in moderation. And by moderation, I mean never. :D If I get stuck going, I just munch a couple things then just hold a plate or drink so I look like I'm doing something.

1. Find an ab again. 2. Have nice arms by May for a strapless bridesmaid dress. 3. Improve the gams. 4. Whatever else I can think of...

Hi and welcome! This is the best place to be. :) (People in this group are some of the nicest I've found on this site.) As a reformed low fat 1000 calorie a day dieter, I can say I enjoy eating.all.the.food. and being healthier. Now I eat like 2100+ on days I workout hard then calm it down a little when I just walk my dog.…

http://cavemanfood.blogspot.com/2008/11/ham-hock-and-cabbage-soup.html Can't remember if I posted this before but this is really good! I used butternut for the pumpkin. Actually, this might be my lunch next week.

Holla. <---Baby guns checking in....with my walker and all...haha. :p I'm 31 like to lift and I'm slowly getting back to where I was after I stupidly hurt myself in June. Feel free to add me.

Yes! And I have both Well Fed Cookbooks and they are wonderful. I'm not 100% paleo but I try to eat that way most of the time. Also did anyone mention Primal Cravings or Practical Paleo? Nice BIG books full of good stuff. :)

You look fabulous! Be proud! Love your haircut too! :)
