Hi everyone. I am new to MFP. I lost 54 lbs. last year, but my 25 year old daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer at that time. Needless to say I couldn't handle the devastating news and a result I am back up to 215 lbs. I am 60 years old and I really want to get down to 170 lbs. I live in Kitchener Ontario.
