Try some wicking underwear; that may help with some of the sweat problem. But no matter what don't let this stop you from working out!

Awesome Job! It is those type of successes that get you going. Last May I ran my first 5k (had to walk some of it) and then in October ran my first 1/2 Marathon. I was like you - couldn't run hardly at all, but bit by bit it comes around. The couch to 5k is a great training tool to get you to your 1st 5k. Keep it up!

I am feeling very frustrated as well; I started a new workout routine - running 5-6 days a week (anywhere between 3 - 7 miles a day; I am training for my 3rd 1/2 marathon so those miles will start to increase) plus I have been doing strength training 3x a week, additional cardio (Chalean Extreme series) 2 - 3 x a week.
