  • I agree. I don't have a sitdown job either (janitor supervisor) I may walk from 2 to 4 miles during my shift depending. I set my activity level as lightly active since that is part of my normal routine. I do not log that as exercise.:flowerforyou:

  • me too! I am a diet coke addict. I don't care for coffee/tea either. I have been gradually replacing it with water so I didn't get withdrawls, seems to be working, no headaches yet. I use crystal light or something similar to flavor water. goodluck
