Thanks for posting this. My body didn't change much after the first round but my side stomach and shoulders look great now. Now I can't wait to start the second round.

I'm on level 1 day 6 too. I do day 7 tomorrow morning. : ) 5'7 waist: 37 hips: 46 I forgot my bust lol. I do the shred 3 days in a row and on the other days I do jump rope for 10 minutes and 20 minutes of strength training and ten minutes of stretching. I'm trying to increase my flexibility.
