Hi this is 1stepaheda, I am new to your site but am enjoying it completely. I have never been a good eater due to tummy problems, and allergies. Now that I have many health issue to try to control, just a few thyroid, recovering breast cancer, and diabetes. I am contenly told by my doctors "you are not getting enough food"…
