I blend the chocolate PB2 (or regular PB2 and cocoa powder) with frozen bananas. I add cocoa nibs before the final blend. It's sort of like eating chocolate peanut butter banana ice cream with chocolate chips but better IMO. You can make a smoothie version if you add some liquid (I've used soy, almond, and regular milk).…

I just made chocolate "mousse" by mixing greek yogurt with pure cocoa powder and stevia--mmm so creamy and decadent tasting yet nutritious! Wow--very creative. Looks yummy! I think those are also known as Shirataki noodles? My friend made Yukgaejang with those noodles before (instead of the sweet potato noodles). I am going to try out these low cal noodles soon! Thanks for sharing!
