Today I am on L2 D7 of the 30 DS...I love level 2...but those planks really make you work for your body...I'm also doing it along with insanity...started month 2 today with that. Good luck on everybody doing the 30 DS...add me if you want movtivation! We can all use some!

I remember my first 25 lbs and hubby 35 lbs...we donated 4 big trash bags and 3 small grocery bags... Good for you...keep going strong...and have fun shopping for ur new "smaller" size...your one step closer...

I take wheat flour torillas. spread prego sause ( I like the chunky with bell peppers and mushrooms), take some mozerella cheese take your picks on toppings ( I like pinapple and ham) and pop it in the oven for 5-10 minutes....until cheese melts...I haven't measured the calories, but I'm sure it has way less than those…

awesome...I recmmend insanity to anyone that is serious about losing weight...I've been doing insanity on n off for 11 months and I have lost about 35lbs. r u taking meds for your hypothyriodism...I have that too and on synthriod and been on normal range for the last 2 years...You should also go see a doc and make sure all ur hormones are leveled and all that good stuff...I try to watch my carb and sodium intake..and drink lots of water. I'm starting over for the 3rd time...1st time I go sick and 2nd time I relapsed and was in monthly cycle...THis time I'm gonna finished it...I can do this...I have to keep reminding myself!

I'm 5'3...started at 282 (size 24 and 46C) and currectly 254 (size 20 and 42C)...it's different for everybody...but inches do count more than numbers...

I keep telling my hubby the same thing...he wears ****ies to work...so about a year ago he bought some 44's...now he's a 38 and still wears those 44's...I tell him he looks like a gangster...lol

I started 2 weeks ago and was motivated to continue...but then I got sick with a virus, ear and eye infection...barely recooperating...after not working out out this past week and a half, I will sure feel it tomorrow when I start again my 30DS along with some insanity!

On a postive note...been married for 6 years...so I have a Valentine...Best thing about him is that he loves me for me... fat and all! On that day, we don't really do anything special...it is over-rated. He already tells me sweet nothings everyday....so for us, it's just another day that we can tell each other I love you♥

my huby told me this morning tha tmy shoulders are getting toned! And that you can see muscles in my back...and just right now he told me that the flab under my arm is getting smaller.

This is happening to me now as I speak...it's been 3 weeks that I have been watching my calorie intake, sodium, carbs, sugars...etc...and this month I am two days late...When I have been on a 33 day cycle...I guess I shouldn't worry about it too much since I still feel crampy! So, soon it shall come!

Wow I drink 2%...but after reading the calories and all...I'm switching Sunday...beause i still have to finish the one I have. I'm also gonna try the almond milk.

I on the bigger frame of 5'3....my friend was telling m yesterday I look like i must weigh 232...I was shocked...I actually weigh 255. So I'm aiming for my GW to be 135 lbs. or a size 7-9....which ever comes first!
