It definitely doesn't mean you fell out of the wagon, get back up and have a fabulous next wek and the week after. It takes mroe then one or two days to gain that much weight back. Good luck! Life challenges us, take on that challenge and succeed!

It is simply a tool for you. It can not "MAKE" you lose weight. There is still some work on your part. Unless you are willing to put in the time, the site will not help you. For the ones who put in the time and the asperations, it is a very beneficial tool. Can't hurt to give it a try? I love this site! >:O)

I eat Sara Lee 45 calorie each slice whole wheat bread. It taste great, besides you shouldn't be getting most of your fiber from just bread. Good luck findingwhat you want.

I totally agree wih you. If I get up at 5:00 am and get it out of the way, I feel relieved and happy I did it. In most cases if I get bored or have extra energy at the end of the day I take a walk or jog, thats a bonus. There are no excuses with the workout completed in the AM! :O) No one has ever said "I regret getting up…

Most meals I let my kids eat seconds, until their full, I keep a jar full of snacks available. I have a friend who keeps a bowl full of fruit and veges out and tells her kids if they are hungry they can eat as many as they like. Works for them.
