  • That is my goal as well, and as I am only about 5-6 pounds away from it, I honestly think it is a healthy weight, realistic weight. It really depends on your bone structure size and how you carry your weight that matters the most. If I hit 150 and I still have some "love handles", then it means I still have a little ways…
  • What I have done is base it on this, if I sweat like a maniac which you probably will alot, I put it down as circuit trainiing for the enitre length of the video/workout. If it is a rest day that is mostly stretching or recover I use Aerobic- low impact for the length of the video. If It was a heavy workout but I just…
  • I am on my third straight round of Insanity, yes I am in month 6, I still take breaks every now and then. It doesn't matter ow much in shape you are, if your not giving your all and you can do the workout with out any breaks, whats the point? You should be working yourself so hard that yes, you will need a break. Thats why…
  • Depends are you losing now in month one? If so do as you have been doing and things will be just fine. I have done 5 1/2 months of Insanity straight and after the first round I really went witht he MFP calculations for what I should be eating. You tend to even out th eplaying field this way. I have been maintaining quite…

  • I take at least one rest day a week and about every 4 weeks I take a break for a week, doing stuff, but just different stuff other than the Insanity I have been working on for 6 months. This also helps me from becoming bored with what I do. Good luck and I believe rest days are important to keeo you sane and safe! :O)

  • I did check your diary and you have quite a few days where your sodium is pretty high, try and keep that in check as well!!! It will make you retain water.
  • It works out and you will build muscle, just because you do not pick up weight doesnt mean your not working parts with weight. This system is set up to use your body weight so it is a constant... It does work and it will tone you up ALOT! Keep at it, youll love the results. I would say make sure your eating lots of protein…
  • Great job each day will be challenging in itself, but keep it up and you will see results, and it will become easier! :O)
  • There is a calender that comes with the set, ask your friend to borrow that as well, there is a system as to which DVD you do each day. Its a plan and if you can borrow the cookbook (food plan) it works best while following it as well. Good luck! :O) You can do this! When I started this I was over 180 pounds. You can do…
  • Aproctor1120; As for the weekend. remember this is a lifesyle change, you can eat things you wish to have but remember proportions, remember if you splurge it means you need to move. Take a walk to have that extra treat. Soon it will be a habit and things will come easier. First thing you need to do is NOT look at it like…
  • Tomorrow I complete my 1st week of round 3 of Insanity. It is awesome! Try it out, you'll love it and the results. You get out of it what you put in, like any prograom you do. So far I have ost 36 pounds and LOTS AND LOTS of inches! Good luck!!! Its the best, no equiptment needed (beyond a sweat towel), it works with your…

  • I have joined WW many times lost lots of weight and then when I was done paying, I gained most back.. I find this MFP to be a lifesaver not only is it free, but its gets in your brain. I would save money and find some more friends on here, this has been absolutely the best TOOL EVER! Its a life changing experience. Good…
  • Some people are not confident enough to share yet. Maybe they just joined and are seeing if the sight will help them out by just seeign themselves what they are actually eating and the calorie count. Som people just want to log their activity.. Not every nosey person out there needs to critique what someone else is eating…
  • Your story is mine to a T! I am also 5 ft 4 inches and I weighed 189 pounds in January. Since then I have lost 36 pounds. In August I jumped on the Insanity highway and I haven't looked back. I feel so much better and everyone of your NSV's are my NSV's. Part of me would like a new outfit to wear for Xmas, but Im still…

  • I am 5' 4" and I started at 189, now down to 156. I started in january, but most of my weightloss is due to doing Insanity regular and logging my food on here the last 101 days. Without missing one! It can be done, just stick with it and you will succeed!
  • GO HAWKS! *too bad its sucked this year though* you can add me too!
  • You ar emore then welcome to add me. I joined in January, since I started Insanity in August and have done it strong everyday now for 101 days. Lost quite a bit of inches, and weight. • You can add me, I love to cheer on my friends, and I am on here ALL THE TIME! Started month 4 of Insanity today and I have been on MFP for almost 100 days straight (of logging). I love to have support and give it! You can add me if you wish!
  • I do the shopping and if you keep the junk out and bring in healthy foods, its not a big deal. As far as controling your roommate, its impossible and if you want this bad enough you will be able to look past what he does and relish in your success. Those are what will keep you going strong!
