I work right beside the mall so there aren't many GREAT options, but I make the best of it. Here's what I do: 1. Popeye's naked strips (3) for about 150/250 calories and a side of mashed potatoes with no gravy 2. McDonalds, Southwest salad with no dressing or 4pce nugget with a fruit and yogurt

GREAT ideas!!! I've been hesitant to work out in the morning but reading more and more I see that it's better for you and helps with your mood. The idea of a sports bra and shorts makes it even more tempting! That's my goal for tomorrow! THANKS!

I usually pan fry it with a little oil or if I can squeeze the calories in, I'll fry it with some whole grain flour...mmm....not a bad dinner choice! Haha!:laugh:

YES!!! I usually do Zumba 2 on the Wii Fit and can easily burn 1000 calories or more in just an hour. It's an awesome workout! I have other games such as Exerbeat, EA Active 2, Wii Fit Plus and a few others that get me going and provide an intense workout. I hope you get more responses so that you can make a good decision.…

I eat within 1 hour of waking up. It is generally not what I call breakfast though. When I get up, I drink 1 glass of water before anything else touches my belly.
