I also track everything. I ate something the other day as small as a half of a cracker from my daughter. Guess where it went- In my MFP diary! I do especially track fruits and veggies because I want to control my sugar. Though the sugar is absorbed differently than bad sugar, I still like to see how it's all adding up.
