    That I really don't like my mom's cooking. She's old and has lost her taste buds and pours a ton of garlic on everything. I pretend to love it, and in many ways I miss the sights and sounds of her cooking, but I'll do anything to not have to eat her food.



    What's my penance?

    Over the years, I have found that my parents already knew much of what I thought I was keeping secret. At my age, I doubt I could tell them anything new, or anything surprising.

    LOL evidently I'm very bad at hiding things because my Mom learned this long ago stumbling onto my porn stash. Luckily, I have a good open relationship with my Mom and she's very understanding. Not much my parents would be surprised about I've been pretty honest about most everything.
    Lol, that's why mine was hidden online. Didn't have a ghost drive at the time :P

    I don't think anything would surprise my mom. She knows a LOT about me.

    My dad might be a little shocked or surprised about some things, but I kind of doubt it. Now but especially when I was younger, I think he always tended to assume I was a bit wilder than I am.

    I think a lot of people in my life would be surprised to learn about the lack of romance/intimacy in my former marriage and the huge, wonderful surplus of both in my current marriage. But that is no one's business of course ;-)
