My usual breakfast is 1 to 1 1/2 cups Raisin Bran, 1/2 sliced banana, 1/2 to 1 c 2% milk, 2 tsp of Benefiber for extra fiber. My caliries are about 340 to 424 calories for morning. Hoping I burn those. Sometimes I'm not as hungry so I eat the smaller amount I listed. I have stayed under my allowed calorie count for the day.
