When I was much younger I remember watching the news and they kept talking about "Youth in Asia". The story really didn't make any sense so I asked my dad. "what have the youth in Asia got to do with this?". Well, it turns the story was on Jack Kevorkian and euthanasia!

Once at Friendly's, I ordered the Asian Chicken Salad without the chicken, wonton strips or dressing. I felt like Sally from 'When Harry met Sally'. lol

I got polar FT4 on amazon. What I did initially was to go on the Polar website to compare all the Heart rate monitors for what they do etc.. then I went to amazon.

I saw some cute one at my local borders bookstore.

I'm not a doctor so this is just my personal advise..If it is too painful or uncomfortable you probably shouldn't workout. Try walking a little.. that might be a little helpful.

OMG there's a Trader Joe's in DSM now? cool. (I lived in Des Moines for 6 years) I love Whole Foods esp for my fish and meats. It is quite expensive compared to Walmart etc. But at least I know my chicken is antibiotic-free. Also most grocery stores have an organic section now, but I still love Whole Foods.
