I get shrimp with stir fried veggies, but not a lot of oil is used.. It might be different in the UK, though.

I think you need an expert. You may be dealing with depression. The last thing you need is someone yelling at you. Be kind to yourself, let your heart rest, and do something restorative every day. I will pray for you, but I won't yell at you. That has never worked for me. You will get through this.

I did the same thing and gained back 23 of the 34 pounds I lost after tearing my iliacus. I am a water aerobics instructor so I really need to set a good, healthy example. So I am back on track now and able to less than half of the exercising I used to do. I will support you in any way I can. Feel free to add me.

I always gain in the beginning of a new program. After three weeks I notice around a 6 pound total loss. I lost 34 pounds with WW and now My Fitness Pal. I did gain some back over the Holidays, but now I am back on track. Stick to it!!!! God Bless!
