I eat the Nature Valley crunchy granola bars. There are 2 bars in the pack and to eat both is only 180 cals. I am pre-diabetic so I have problems with low blood sugar when I eat cereal and such for breakfast, but these don't make my sugar spike and tide me over nicely until lunch.
