Just completed my 3rd week yesterday. I haven't lost a pound, but have lost 2 pant sizes. I still hate it every day, but my day isn't complete without Shawn T! Today is my day of rest, but starting my 3rd week of my Couch to 5k...no rest for the wicked.

We own a Wii and love it as well. The fit board is the way to go and gives you quite the workout while having fun. We also just got an Xbox with Kinect. I enjoy playing the dancing games, and zumba much better on it because it is more accurate at tracking your movements.

Worked all day...over 11,000 steps and then did the Insanity fit test after 2 weeks. Improved somewhat. Still not stepping on the scale...we'll wait and see what it says in another couple of weeks. I hope your Monday went well.

Just completed my second week today...I still hate it, but I go every day. My goal at this point is just to make it through the warm up without having to take a break in the next 60 days. I am on the second day of week 2 and still hate it. It doesn't help that I am not seeing any results on the scale either. I hope my fitness test next week shows great improvement. I will feel like I am making progress when I can make it through the warm up without stopping or whining so much.
