Lost about 30 pounds from September to February keeping it off eating healthy foods when I'm hungry, some weeks I work out 3-5 times, some weeks I don't "workout" at all...I workout until the I'm pouring sweat and since I'm maintaining, I'm burning more than I'm eating...lol
