I personally love workouts such as Insanity. Its a combination of cardio, and a full body workout utilizing your body's own weight for resistance. breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day, gradually getting smaller with the smallest meal being dinner. As for 3 pounds in in that short of a time I highly doubt it was 3 pounds of fat, you would've had to consume over 10,000 calories to do that

Yes thank u! It's not about a calorie deficit per se, it's a lifestyle! So you're saying if you're diet calls for 1300 cals a day to lose weight you'll eat that in ice cream because calories are calories? No!!

They don't exactly break down the same way! A candy bar is processed, fruit is in it's most natural state. I wouldn't recommend eating unlimited amounts of fruit a day HOWEVER fruit benefits in moderation will always outweigh it's natural sources of sugar and calories!

why are so many people so afraid of things are nutritiously good for the body but "high in calories" ? Protein is definitely a good source of fulfilling calories imo. usually for breakfast i have a big calorie meal, 300-400, this definitely helps me stay full after having not eaten for almost 8 hours at night. small snacks…

Id say youd probably be eating around 2000 a day. also it depends on how much you burn when you workout. its calories in vs calories out
