dont go too hard when you first start. Ive made that mistake before, and I got burnt out real quick, not to mention discouraged. baby steps my friend. Start by walking and cleaning up your eating. Once your body gets used to being more active itll be easier for you to ease into the workout videos.

as someone else said, they are different. I have a polar hrm and i LOVE it.

I usually like to have a big breakfast, 300-400 calories. This helps to keep me pretty full for about 4 hours, until I have my first small snack.

you really cant let others dictate how YOU feel about YOURSELF.
-
lol this! ED is the medical acronym for erectile dysfunction

i eat. if u dont eat within a certain amount of time post-workout, consider your time wasted. refuel your body
-
create your own exercise dont add a new one to the database! that just overloads whats in there already especially if its not accurate...... kind of like when you type in "banana" into the food section u get a million options, because everyone adds to database!

i prefer to prelog everything, that way i dont have to deal with changing stuff around because i "had to have those cookies" or whatever. i usually workout in the afternoon so by dinner i pretty much know if i need to eat a little more or less

youre a grown adult, why cant you cook for yourself or shop for stuff YOU want? and maybe u should do research on protein powder, because not all of them are "chemical foods"

your son is not a "kid", he is an adult. unfortunately if thats the lifestyle he wants to live, let him. like most of us here he'll eventually come to a point where HE wants to change for HIMSELF not just because mommy wants him to. it's gotta come from him.

definitely not splenda. try stevia or truvia
-
youre working out too much and not eating enough.

u cant spot reduce any one specific area on the body. try doing full body strength training stuff for all over muscle building, and cardio to blast the fat
-
wow negative nelly, she NEVER said she was drinking and behind the wheel, how do you know someone else isnt the DD? its not nice to assume something, get off your high horse. to the OP, vodka soda with a lime!

the way you put on muscle is by lifting heavy, so that you can build up new muscle. continuously lifting the same weight wont cause you to bulk. i do love body pump! usually burn about 400 calories and am sore after!
-
i got wasted! lol
-
u cant really change how other people are. they are going to behave how they want, and how they always have. change yourself first
