:frown: Guess what , even I joined on 12th Feb ... going to gym burning 1500 Cals a week , besides that am running around a 2 year the whole day following the cal calculator here on this site - but no results :( whats going wrong ? NEED HELP !

:) well I was told by my fitness instructor that in the begning we all loose fast ... depending on the body weight. The more you have the faster it will go in the begning, same will have with Calories. Then slowly as you body starts getting used to the new schedules and eating habits, it will take longer ...... so worry…

hmmm ....well I am also in your situation but I was told by my fitness guide that resistance exercises ( weights and all ) help in building stronger muscles , which in turn help burning more calories by our body when we do cardio. I started on the fitness mission just a week back and this is exactly something that I needed to read - learning is always a big help :) Now I will eat everything and also stay healthy :)
