I've been using this paleo protein powder for about a month. If you're near a whole foods, they sell individual packets to try out. I like the chocolate and vanilla. It doesn't mix as well as a whey protein powder, but it's thick like a milkshake. I'm sensitive to whey so this is a good one for me.

I'd love some new MFP friends :) I'm a meal prepping (paleo/clean eating), crossfitting mom on a mission to get down to roughly 22-24% body fat. I want to be able to climb a rope and do a muscle up by March 2018. I'm down 16 pounds since July 2017 and have another 25 or so to go.

I'm in! 180 today. 155 by New Year.

So I'm not sure how accurate it really is, but my apple watch says I burn anywhere from 400-550 calories during a 60 minute crossfit class. I've worn it the last month and a half, and my calories burned have wound up in that range consistently.

I meal prep every single Sunday! I'm a single mom working out 6-7 days per week and getting both kids to gymnastics/soccer/church/basketball, so if I don't prep I get really stressed out and make really bad food decisions. I make all my breakfasts (2 eggs and either 1 sausage patty or 2 slices of bacon) in smaller…

I use my lunch break at work 4 days per week, take the girls with me to walk in the park 1-2 evenings per week and take them to crossfit with me on Saturday mornings. Occasionally I'll get out after they're in bed to hit up my local gym too.

I've been doing ww for 10 weeks, and I'm down 17.6 lbs! I go to meetings, and it is exactly what I need to stay motivated. I pay $41/month (monthly pass). I'd easily spend that eating out if it wasn't for weight watchers. The points for fast food aren't worth it for me, so I only really eat at home these days. Weight…

Ha! I don't buy chocolate for this very reason. This year both my girls will be trick or treating. I am planning to freeze some of the chocolate for my oldest, save a few things like starburst, suckers, etc, and the rest goes to work with my husband.

Feel free to add me :) I started this journey in January, but lost motivation. I am back on track and working hard to meet my goals. SW : 212 CW: 208 Goal weight : 150-165

Level 2, Day 9 = DONE! That is seriously rough :P
-
That made me cry!!! What an amazing, inspirational story!

I will be starting level 2 tomorrow :) What size weights are you guys using now? I've been using 3 pounds for level one, and while I can feel it in some exercises, I think I'd like to have some 5s on hand.

Level 1 day 2 complete! There were so many times where I thought "man...this is too rough." but it is a challenge, and I'm sticking with it!
-
I am planning on plowing through and doing it for 30 days straight.

My Dvd arrived a day early! Just finished day one....goodness! 29 more to go :P

WOW! There are some great suggestions here! I have done versions of LC before, but I always gave up because I got bored eating the same stuff and I didn't have many resources (Mcpherson). My list of veggies has expanded a TON and these ideas are super helpful. Thank you all for sharing :)
