The past couple week i've been burning abou 5600 calories and that was pushing myself everyday running and turbo fireing it up, but I'm going to try to push it because I want an awesome loss next monday! Plus I work harder under pressure...sooo i'm shooting for 7000 calories burned...holy smokes *gulp* Good luck everyone…

I just tried changing them to lower img for you from caps, but it didn't work for me either :( I always have issues with posting with photobucket too :( Someone recommened to me to try tinypic.com and it worked better.

Great challenge! I do already track my fiber because I do eat quite a bit a protien and I know how important these two are for eachother lol...Anyways, I didn't realize the reccomendation was between. I'm very much okay with this...i've just been putting in the same numbers the past few weeks because I know I wouldn't see a change in inches that fast. Once a month sounds great to me! :)

Well i'm happy to report that I went over my goal of 12 cups a day! I averaged about 13 :D I found it easier to get the first 6 cups down through the morning, but i guess the rest of the day it was more difficult because I got busier and kept having to remind myself.
