I'm going to aim for 12cups a day which is roughly 100ounces. I have one of those reusable cold cups with a lid and straw. A friend of mine bought me one when they were only found at starbucks, but now i've seen them at walmart for $5! This cup really helps me get my water in. I think it might be because of the straw plus…

So right now i'm at 2300 calories burned this week and my goal was 3000...so the next couple days i'm going to work it! :)

I totally agree about it being water weight due to muscle repair. If our muscles are sore and needing repair then we are going to be retaining more water than usual :) It happened to a lot of us when we did this challenge the last time too and then we all dropped! :D Don't be discouraged ladies :happy:

@Florabourne That ended up happening to me to last time I did shred. A bit of knee pain and twinges..I ended up having to take a couple days off because of it :grumble: I iced my knees after I did the workout yesterday just as a preventative measure. I am happy to report that I wore a size 10 pant size for my birthday, rather than a dress (didn't find one I liked in the store) lol! I'm just happy I was in a size 10, met goal! YES! :D

Krys, I'm in the same position this week and last, one day i'm up and the next i'm down. My eating hasn't been what I want it to be either, and i'm also one of those people that needs to exercise and eat right to lose.
