  • I have been "eating clean" for about the last three or four months, and after the first month I also found my cravings for junk food went away, however, I now refer to this as the honeymoon period, as my cravings definitely did return around the month two mark, and I have been battling them sense... I feel like for me it…
  • I would LOVE to be apart of a group if you make one! I am starting a week from Monday, so I will be a little behind you, but I would still love to join in on the support!

  • Me too! I wish that I could see/feel more results, but hey there is still one week to go! I added two days onto the end of my schedule because I took two days off during week three (nasty bout with the flu), so ill do my measurements and weigh in on wednesday of next week! Good Luck and Congratz!
  • I have had a nearly identical experience with changing my diet to a "vegan" diet. I don't know any of the science behind it, but I know i feel 100% better than I ever have before, and that is enough for me. I also know that everyone's body is different, so what may work for me, may not work for you... all I can say is…
  • Good Luck! If you stick with it you will get results! Keep us posted!
  • keep going meghan! The last two weeks are suppose to be the biggest losers, have you started burn it up? its super tough but I can already feel the results after three days! (I took the first two days off this week, I was extremely sick). Plus its only two more weeks till the program is over, might as well stick it out
  • how often do you weigh yourself? It could be just a fluctuation, the first week I was fluctuating like crazy! I started seeing results fairly soon, I didn't take my measurements until the beginning of week 2 (aka end of week one) and by the end of week 2, I lost about 7 total inches from my waist/hips/thighs/arms/chest.…
  • The best time to eat is within the first 15 minutes after your workout. Here is a good read and explanation on why http://www.bodyrock.tv/2009/08/05/eating-after-exercise-we-fully-explain-the-how-why/
  • One of my favorite night time snacks is cut up apple wedges with a spoon full of peanut butter on the side... if I feel like getting fancy I sometimes sprinkle just a little bit of cinnamon over the apple. Yum yum yum!
  • I believe this is inaccurate, although I hold no position on whether cottage cheese is good or bad, I highly disagree that dairy is a necessary thing to have as a part of your diet. I would agree with what someone else said previous, watch the documentary called "Forks over Knives" on Netflix if you have it. It's well…
  • My favorite meal replacement bar is the "larabar" and my favorite flavor is the cherry pie. They are made will all natural ingredients, and no preservatives. In fact, most bars don't have more than 4 or 5 ingredients. My costco offers a variety pack that I buy consistently, check them out, they are great.... Cherry Pie…
  • I have never done the HCG diet, but I know a woman who has and she lost 35lbs on it (she has sense gained all of the weight back, plus some). I personally don't think the diet is worth the risk, have you considered other forms of getting into better eating habits? About a month ago I cut diary products, processed foods,…
  • I currently have been eating "vegan" for the past two months, and one of the things I love to do is stir fry. Get some random veggies (broccoli, zuchinni, carrots, onions(yum!), bell pepper, etc.) and stir fry them up and serve them over some brown rice and you are golden. One of my favorite sauces for the stir fry is Soy…
  • I just finished my second week of ramp it up, don't worry, it gets better! Keep up the awesome work!!
  • Wow thats great meghan! I just completed my second week of the program as well, I am not going to measure until monday morning before my workout, but i can only hope that I get half the results you have!! Great job! The work outs can be very tiring, haha, im scared to even think of what burn it up has in store!
  • I am notoriously bad at counting calories, so I don't lol. I eat vegan though, so no meats, cheese, or anything that is an animal by product. I found that this really helps energize me, instead of making me tired after meals. I also don't eat any process food which after a month of cutting all this stuff out made me feel…
  • Make sure your Drinking lots and lots of water! I also cut dairy completely out of my diet, and that has helped me loose 10lbs before slim in six . Now that I am on slim in six, I have lost maybe 1lb (have been doing it for a week and a half now). Im not to worried about the weight aspect of it though. A much better way to…
