  • I agree with nikki9779, try Moving Comfort Maia bras. I discovered them at a local running store and then I bought more on Amazon for a lower price. Very supportive. The running store also had other kinds I could try on so I would recommend trying a local running store.

  • Mine did that when walking and doing aerobics. My podiatrist said your feet swell when you work out so you might try sneakers that are maybe a 1/2 size larger. That's worked for me.

  • I found some supportive styles for large sizes at a specialty running store. I have liked one by Moving Comfort. You can find these on Amazon too.

  • I use Wii Fit Plus, on the days I'm not using EA Sports Active -- I am trying the 6-week challenge. And I try to add 30 day shred or some Yoga Zone DVDs in the mix too. I also just got the BIggest Loser Wii game but haven't tried it. Is the Jillian Michaels Ultimatum any good? We also have Just Dance and Outdoor Challenge…
