I am 4' 10.5" and I weigh 145 pounds. I can walk a mile in 15-16 minutes. I started with a couch to 5K program and I can run 3 miles in 44 minutes which is like 14 minutes 45 secs mile. I am now training for a half marathon. I still run the first 3 miles still in 44 minutes, but my longer runs pace per mile gets better.…

If you have a Noodles and Company near by, I would recommend, The Med Flatbread sandwich. 330 Calories 10 grams fat 20 grams protein Flat bread with a mayo sauce, grilled chicken, red peppers, onions, mushrooms, cilantro and feta cheese (I do mine with out the feta-don't like it) It is awesome!

I just started running (again) and this time I have been drinking a protein shake after running and I am rarely sore the next day, and usually never sore when I am scheduled to run again.
