So I know the title of this work out says it all...however, I can't seem to do this work out consective days due to my muscle soreness. How have others gotten though this and did you indeed do this every day for 30 days? Thanks for your replies and/or advice! :happy:

Another New One!
I found this site today! I am looking forward to using all the tools that are available. I have read others posts and what an encouraging atomsophere. Being postive really helps! I have 42 pounds to drop. Would encorage any tips anyone is willing to give.
