I found this site today! I am looking forward to using all the tools that are available. I have read others posts and what an encouraging atomsophere. Being postive really helps! I have 42 pounds to drop. Would encorage any tips anyone is willing to give.

    This is such a good site, I haven't felt like cheating or giving up since I joined over eight weeks ago and that's really saying something for me :laugh:

    You're so right about being positive too, it makes the battle easier.

    Make sure you record everything you eat and drink on the food tab and also your exercise - record that too. As long as you are completely honest with yourself what you consume and as long as you keep your calories in a deficit, the weight has to come off.
