My children are a little older now, but I introduced fruits and veggies early so now that I'm eating healthier they are too. And they don't put up a fight. Acutually the things that I think they won't eat are the things they demolish. Make healthy meals for the whole family to eat . It can't hurt.

If you have 0 preexisting injuries I say have at it. I love insanity, but in does a number on you if you have previous injury. What the warning say as the video comes on is true.

I've experienced the same thing but I'm finding out that the fast food doesn't taste as good as it used to taste. And it makes me want to go to sleep as soon as I eat it. Not worth the cheat.
