You don't have to eat back all the caleries you burn, especially if your not losing. It back all the calories doesn't work for every one. If your hungry eat them if not don't. As long as your getting enough to sustain your body, your good. That's what works for me.

As a nurse I've worked all types of shifts; but the early morning workout fits into all of them. Of course the night shift morning workout was a little later. Not at all!! I'm 5'9" also and my husband is 5'10"; so any heels make me taller than him. I even have 4" heels (that I rarely wear). It doesn't bother him at all. It's was the same way in my single days; find you a secure man and strut you stuff!!!

I think it depends a lot on your body type, for me the abs are easy to get rid of but my lower body barely moves in inches. consistency over a long period of Tim works the best.

I buy the can and put some in a snack bag; I think they're cheaper that way. And I have cheese or fruit with it because the nuts alone aren't filling.
