30 day shred would be good, even if you are out of shape, they show "modified" versions of most exercises that you can start with and work your way up to the full exercise as you go. It's not easy, but just seeing the first results and overall how much better it is to be healthy is a great motivator...and when it isn't, that's what mfp friends are for =-).

It is because you use an anti-perspirant. My husband and I both use "deodorant" without the aluminum compounds. It is much healthier for your body, and doesn't leave residue or discoloration on your clothing.

I ride a 2004 Yamaha FZ6, and my husband used to have a 2003 Kawasaki Z7S, but he got in a wreck mid-season last summer and it was totalled =-(. He just got a screamin deal on a 2004 Kawasaki Z1000 though, so we are ready for upcoming season =-).

I really like Berenstein's Light Cheese Fantastico dressig! It is so flavorful I only need a half of a serving! Also, my husband like Newman's Light Sesame Ginger Dressing-it is a little sweet for me, but great if you like that!

Just as a suggestion for your homemade items, use the "recipe builder" function in your food area. I used to add up all my homemade stuff by hand, then I figured out how the recipe builder works, and I LOVE it!!

I see a lot of recommendations for Champion. I actually LOVE their seamless underwire styles--the only sports bras I wear anymore! I buy mine at Kohls, but they also sell them on their website. They are usually a decent price, and well worth it!!

Weekends for me too, that is when my husband and I have the most time. During the week I get what I can in, usually 40-60 minutes a day, and on the weekends we shoot for 90-120 minutes in addition to whatever active stuff we do (and rarely do we get to just relax and not move much).
