I just started today because my dvd didn't get here until yesterday. So D1L1 done and not as bad as I expected. I was a little weak on push-ups and bicycle crunches but I will get better day by day. I agree with running outside is easier but with my weather I like running on the treadmill in the winter. Be sure and set your incline to 1 or 2 to make it feel more like outside. I love to do it. I have a Billy Blanks dvd and still get it out occasionally to do it. I've been going to the gym and classes there so I don't have much time for dvds anymore.
